PriceBu provides a cloud-based SaaS platform for pricing automation, optimization, analytics, and related commercial decision-making.

You may use the Services only:

• In accordance with these Terms and any applicable commercial agreement

• Misuse, copy, or reverse-engineer the Services
• Attempt unauthorized access or disrupt system security
• Use the Services in violation of applicable laws

2. Accounts & Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Intellectual Property

All software, content, designs, trademarks, and documentation are owned by or licensed to PriceBu. No rights are granted except as expressly permitted.

4. Third-Party Integrations

The Services may connect with third-party systems or data sources. PriceBu is not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services.

5. Disclaimer

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. PriceBu does not guarantee specific pricing outcomes, financial results, or uninterrupted service.

6. Use of ServicesLimitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law:

• PriceBu shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the customer in the preceding 12 months

These Terms are governed by the laws of India

Terms & Conditions (Commercial Use)

These apply to customers subscribing to PriceBu under a commercial agreement.

1. Subscription

Access is provided on a subscription basis as defined in the applicable Order Form or agreement.

2. Customer Data

• Customers retain ownership of all business data uploaded to the platform
• PriceBu uses such data only to provide, operate, and improve the Services

3. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect confidential information shared during the engagement.

4. Service Changes

PriceBu may update or improve features for performance, security, or compliance, without materially reducing core functionality.

5.Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for non-payment, misuse, or breach of terms, in line with contractual agreements.

Privacy Policy

PriceBu is committed to protecting your privacy and complying with applicable Indian data protection laws.

• Business contact details (name, email, company, role)
• Account and login information
• Usage data and system logs
• Information submitted via forms or support channels

We do not sell personal data.

2. Use of Information

• Deliver and support the Services
• Improve platform performance and security
• Communicate updates and respond to inquiries
• Meet legal and regulatory requirements

3. Data Security

PriceBu follows reasonable security practices as required under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and SPDI Rules, 2011, including access controls and data safeguards.

4. Data Sharing

5. Data Retention

Data is retained only as long as necessary for business, legal, or contractual purposes.
